Two more pets foods have been recalled today. Natural Balance has recalled Venison and Brown Rice Dry Dog Food and Venison and Green Pea Dry Cat Food. It is unknown if the recall is linked to the massive recall of Menu Food brands dog and cat food.

The Food and Drug Administration said the company has received complaints about animals vomiting and developing kidney problems after eating its Venison and Brown Rice dry dog food and Venison and Green Pea dry cat food. It said none of its other products was affected.

The only other dry pet food that's been recalled is Prescription Diet m/d Feline made by Hill's Pet Nutrition.

At least six companies are included in the recall of pet food and treats: Menu Foods, Hill's, Del Monte Pet Products, Nestle Purina PetCare Co., Sunshine Mills Inc. and now Natural Balance Pet Foods.

The company is asking pet owners to stop feeding the food to their pets. More information can be found on the FDA website here: http://www.fda.gov/oc/opacom/hottopics/petfood.html
